Important Updates on How European Esthetics is Responding to the Coronavirus


This is a stressful time for all, and relaxing spa services are needed more than ever. We are here for you!

As we are reopening we have strict disinfecting protocols in place making your health and that of ours highest priority. We are adding additional precautions and feel confident in providing you a clean, well-maintained spa.

 

In view of the Coronavirus situation, European Esthetics is taking the following precautionary measures:

~ Increased frequency of hand washing with anti-bacterial soap and/or disinfecting with hand sanitizer before and after seeing every client.

~ Wearing PPE, such as face masks, sanitizable aprons and the use of sneeze screens.

~ Staggering clients, with time for cleaning as well as limited services and hours.

~ Ongoing staff communication and screening on following CDC guidelines for our business.

~ Removing items from the spa such as magazines, pillows, testers and brochures as well as discontinuing offering water or tea for the time being.

~ All surfaces such as door knobs and handles, front desk and credit card processor will be sanitized after each client as well as each station and treatment room. We are using disposable applicators, nail files and paper products where possible.

~ Working with staff if they or their family members are sick and need to stay home.


What We Ask of You:
To ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and customers, we ask clients who are sick, have been sick in the last two weeks or have close family members who are sick to reschedule your appointments to a later date.

~ We will ask you to stay in your car and call us at 924-9123 to alert us of your arrival. We will call you back as soon as it is safe to come over and fill out our COVID Screening Form and Waiver.

~ Please bring a mask with you for you appointments.  If you do not have one we will provide one for you. (We deserve the right to ask you to use ours if you have an ill fitting mask)

~ Please sanitize your hands upon entering the spa with the provided hand sanitizer.

~ Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment and please refrain from eating or drinking in our spa.

~ If you need product and you know what you want, please order online. You can choose to have it shipped directly to you or you can pick it up. Please specify customer pick up when you order. When you come to pick up your order please follow the above instructions.




Cancellation Policy:
We are temporarily suspending our cancellation policy of charging 50% of the appointment's full price IF the appointment is canceled between 12 and 2 hours prior to appointment.

~ Please make sure you do call us to cancel at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment or no-show, we will have to enforce our late cancel/no-show policy.
