"I became a licensed esthetician in 1998 after completing training near Providence RI.  I enjoyed some wonderful experiences, personal and professional, before moving back to the area and joining the European Esthetics team in 2003, including having my own business.  Becoming a certified Dr. Hauschka Esthetician in 2005, opened my heart even more to my work.  In the spring of 2010 I was attuned in Reiki II, and have been openly giving that healing energy through my practice everyday since.  My goal in the treatment room is to help you relax, feel rejuvenated, and prepared to take care of yourself at home."

Leah Reed  ~
Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician

Leah has been a nationally certified licensed massage therapist since 1999 and has loved every minute of it! She graduated from the BodyMind School of Massage Therapy in Seattle, Washington and has enjoyed practicing in a variety of settings from busy day spas to massage clinics.
Leah's massage is a unique blend of body work modalities drawing from deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular, myofascial release, craniosacral and reiki.
Leah is also a licensed esthetician and graduated from the Institute of Skin Science in Rye, NH, in 2011. She is very excited to be part of this profession and has a special interest in organic skin care. Leah strives to listen to and assess her clients' unique needs and customizes their sessions accordingly, whether it is through a therapeutic massage or a relaxing facial. In her spare time Leah's interests are spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, gardening, running and yoga.

Misty Craig ~
Licensed Nail Technician, Reflexologist

"My name is Misty and I am the nail tech here at European Esthetics. I have been in the business for well over 15 years and with Ellen for almost ten years. I am very thankful for both a wonderful place to work as well as wonderful loyal clients. Honestly, I can say I love my job. There isn't a day that goes by where I'm not thankful for both. In the 15 years of being a nail tech, my interest has always been to stay on top of the ever changing field.  My latest endeavor has been going to school for reflexology. It has always intrigued me as to how our bodies work, and how we can initiate them to heal themselves. I have been asked many times in my career, "How can you take care of people's feet?" My answer to that has been, that there is much more to it than just feet. Happy, healthy  feet means, a happy, healthy body. Our bodies are so connected to our feet and when I can make someone feel better, I feel better.  That's what makes my job so worth it."

Dottie Cullinane ~
Massage Therapist

Dottie has been practicing massage therapy and Reiki for the past six years. She attended the Concord Street Health Institute School of Massage in Peterborough, NH where she received a unique education in human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and oriental philosophy.
She was attuned to level I and II Reiki which allowed her even more connection with her own intuitive healing abilities. Combining all of these teachings has given Dottie a unique ability to approach each client on an individual basis for healing on many levels.
She has a great love and respect for nature and the outdoors where she enjoys gardening, kayaking, hiking and snowshoeing.

 



Lynne Way ~
Receptionist

Lynne lives in Hancock with her husband John. They have two sons and soon she will have a brand-new daughter-in-law! She has been answering the phone at European Esthetics for over 7 years now! She loves her 4 cats and enjoys gardening. We love it when she brings in freshly picked flowers for all to enjoy.
She likes talking to clients and making them feel welcome.



 

Sabina Pieterse ~
Receptionist

" I am a student at Conval High School and work about 12 hours a week at European Esthetics as a receptionist. I like my job because it allows me to be organized and interact with people. And... I actually don't mind working for my Mom! I hope to study in The Netherlands after High School. I love playing tennis, photography and music."
